Agreement

By using Dethrone ("getdethroned.com"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The Service

Dethrone is a pay-to-rank leaderboard. You pay money to claim a rank for a URL or X handle. Taking the #1 position triggers a payout to the previous #1 holder equal to 50% of your payment.

This is a slot sale transaction, not a lottery, contest, sweepstakes, or form of gambling. You are purchasing a position on a public leaderboard. The payout to the previous #1 is part of the slot sale mechanic, not a prize.

Payments

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• All payments are final and non-refundable
• Minimum payment is $5 USD for new listings
• Maximum payment is $999,999 USD
• You must provide a valid email address for payout eligibility

Payouts

Payouts are distributed via Stripe Connect. To receive a payout, you must complete Stripe's verification process. Unclaimed payouts remain pending until you complete onboarding.

Payout amounts are calculated as 50% of the knockout payment, rounded down to the nearest cent. The house retains the remainder.

Prohibited Content

You may not list URLs or handles that link to:

• Illegal content
• Adult or NSFW content
• Chat or messaging invites (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Malware, phishing, or scam sites
• Content that violates others' rights

We reserve the right to remove any listing without notice or refund.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunities.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
